1. The service
Scenemock provides browser-based chat mockup tools that render an image from text you type. The free tier is available without an account. Paid plans, when offered, are billed in US dollars.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the text and images you create. Because rendering happens in your browser, we do not receive, host or store them. You are responsible for having the right to use any text, name or image you put into a mockup.
3. Acceptable use
Use of the service is subject to our acceptable use policy. Breaching it may lead to a paid account being closed.
4. Plans and cancellation
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Invoices are available on request.
5. Availability and changes
The free tier is provided as-is. We may change or withdraw features, including the exact measurements of a rendered platform, when the underlying interface changes.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Scenemock is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including any use of a generated image beyond what the acceptable use policy permits.
